The education practice indicated that the curriculum management is-one of the important factors which affect the effects of tertiary institution psychology education implementing curriculum. To improve the quality and the benefit of tertiary institution teaching on psychology education, firstly it needs well management relating to related curriculums, which can guarantee the quality and the efficiency.At present, our nation' tertiary institution psychology education curriculum, on the one hand, it needs practice demand to strength the management. Because the Educational Administration Department lacks of effective instruction and regulations to it. And the curriculum management are very capacious and non-systematic. On the other hand, to develop the research of curriculum management is the urgent need to the theory of curriculum development. Although we can refer to the westein school in psychology education, such as in teacher-training, qualification assessing, education service content and ways, and scholarly research. But there are no references on university psychology education curriculum or it's management. However, the practice research and theory study on it in domestic tertiary institution are during incept moment. It is fundamentally necessary and in an urgent need to pay much attention to comprehensive research of curriculum management and construct a curriculum management systems.The article demonstrates and explains about the system construction of tertiary institution psychology education curriculum from two dimension and four aspects. The first part is the general description of the curriculum management, which in involved in the judgment of the concept of the "university psychology education curriculum", the explanation of meaning, the analysis of worthiness (tropism) and content. The second part is the theory basis of curriculum management, which indicates separately the philosophy, psychology, Management science, the sociology, the curriculum discuss and teaching discuss' contributions to the system construction of curriculum Management. The third part is the content analysis of curriculum management. It shows the management of the curriculum's organization, implementing curriculum and appraises about the curriculum. The fourth pat is the pondered countermeasure of curriculum" management, including to establish administration system, adopting the scientific or reasonable pattern, curriculum plan's management and to accelerate curriculum intensivism, and the reasonable disposition and the development of curriculum resources, reasonably using the method of appraising and actualizing curriculum management by way of school root.
