Chinese teaching, especially literature teaching which concentrates on reading teaching about literature work is lost, which leads to the students' confusion, the teachers' weakness and the teaching materials' being unqualified. Therefore, such a Chinese teaching has to a great extent limited the development of the new ideas about Chinese reading.The ideas of dialogues can change the old teaching method - the method of inculcating which was used in reading teaching for long. The new idea completely changes the aim and teaching form of literature teaching. Here the dialogues are not only considered as a teaching art, but also as the teaching principle that is being dialogues teaching is dialogues among teachers, students texts, the teaching materials and editors. Here the dialogues are not only made in language, but also about the interaction in the minds. Teachers should teach the students to learn how to understand the texts, others' opinions and their own voices, which can help them get something new from it. Though dialogues teaching will be limited by the teachers' quality and authority and the difficulties in making dialogues, it's right to accept such a new teaching method as a new teaching reform.This essay starts with reflecting about the traditional teaching method. According to some dialogue theories, the passage tries to explain how the dialogue theories are used in reading teaching by many vivid teaching cases. This essay has created an atmosphere for communication and aroused the desire to communicate between teachers and students on purpose. It can improve the students reading ability by communication and interaction and at the same time improve the teachers' quality. The method can help teachers understand the students' characteristics and their interests and hobbies, help them find the best way to make students into the texts. Such a method elaborately offers some topics, which can bring out the students' latent potential, develop the students' independence and creativity and make the teachers and students improve together and eventually they will reach the ideal state of reading.
