Modern thinking science think that the problem is a jumping-off of the thinking, any thinking process always points to some one concrete problem of it; The problem also is the premise of the creation ,all inventions and creations come of the problem. As a result, to cultivate a creative student must cultivate the student's problem consciousness. In our country, modern educational idea advocates student's principalship, independence and motivity, regarding the student's learning process as to discovery problem , to put forward problem ,to analyze problem, and to solve problem. Obviously, it is unimaginable that high school student did not have problem consciousness in this process. As far as the high school student's present condition of their problem consciousness be concerned, it is urgent to train the student's problem consciousness in our country.This thesis takes the research-learning as a carrier, to try to develop the high school student's problem consciousness by the way of research-learning . The whole thesis is divided into three parts:The first part, mainly narrating the meaning that develop the student 's problem consciousness. Clearing about the soul of the problem consciousness first, based on this, discussed the positivity of the problem consciousness. At the same time ,exposed the value of this research.The second part, is the textual fulcrum. To argument the reason why research-learning is the effective way to cultivate the high school student's problem consciousness. This part analyzes the reason of problem consciousness, absence of the high school students in traditional education based on scanning the present condition of high school student's problem consciousness in our country; Compared with the traditional education, research-learning has incomparable traits, then from the essence and traits of research-learning, the author think research-learning can built the knowledge terrace and provided the space of the freedom and provide the powerful guarantee. It in favor of the development of problem consciousness.The third part, dissertating concretely how to cultivate the high school student's problem consciousness by research-learning. In the teaching system of the current school, there are mainly two approaches to implement research-learning, one is the research activities in the subject teaching ,the other is the course specially designed for research-learning. This part discussed respectively teachers how to cultivate the student's problem consciousness by the two ways.
