The Research On The Balanced Development Of Elementar Education

Since the middle of 1980s,the balanced development of elementary education has gradually become a prominent that education development faces, it is also one of the hottest focuses and topics that society concerns.With Marxist principles,views and methods and from the angle of combining theory with practice,this paper makes an exposition of important. role. and function that education balanced development plays in constructing socialist harmonious society. It discusses and disclose that essence of education balanced development is to realize the equality and justice of education; it also makes an analysis on that balanced development of education is the basic requirement of safeguarding citizens right of receiving education, is the primary responsibility of government, is the practical requirement of course reform.
