Overall building comfortable-off society is a great target for building modernized society in our country. Comfortably-off rural areas building has always been the focal point and the difficulties of the whole. Only by the farmers' living a comfortably-off life, can we see the hope of building comfortably-off society all-round. Only by modernizing the countryside, can the general modernization be achieved. In reality, Henan has a large population and also most of them are engaged in agriculture, so the problem of Three Agricultural Focuses" is more outstanding. Forcefully expanding vocational education, especially in rural areas, means a lot. It directly influences the process of the industrialization, urbanization and modernization in the whole province. It is an important topic as how to solve the problem of "Three Agricultural Focuses" to promote building comfortably-off rural areas, and thus to realize the prosperity of the middle areas of China. Vocational education plays a great part in our national education. It carries a task of training technical talents to meet the need of our country's economy development, which dominantly affects the realization of the policy of "thrilling our country through science and education" However, vocational education has been always the weakest link in our national education chain. Therefore, in building the comfortably-off rural areas, especially as how to reform and develop the rural vocational education, to better function vocational education is a problem which needs to be enhanced.Generally speaking, rural areas naturally requires forcefully developing vocational education. Not to mention the relationship between them. But the fact is that it doesn't really matter however the vocational education develops (including both the urban and the rural). The backward rural areas have not changed a lot. Why? How to solve it? That is the point this paper will get.This present paper, through studying the relationship between building comfortably-off rural areas and developing vocational education, is written to prove the proposition: vocational education must be enhanced to build the comfortably-off rural areas. On one hand, the situation and the features of the vocational education should be realized in our province, and the weak points must be found; On the other hand, deep research, analysizing the close relationship between them and then get the knowledge of the need of the rural students and their parents, so the correct direction can be found to develop our vocational education. This paper further studies how to effectively promote building comfortably-off rural areas in the vocational education, and thus to truly help farmers to set themselves free from poverty, to sustain agriculture development, and to get rid of backward physiognomy.The paper, through making an overall analysis on the vocational education and building comfortably-off rural areas in Henan province, delineates the special meaning of developing vocational technical education and promoting the building of comfortably-off rural areas. It also deeply analyses the key point of the following problems: incorrectness of major's definition, weak conforming between major and job, lack for features, few abilities of facing changes, inefficiency and low quality in running a school. The author holds that vocational education in rural areas plays an important role in the provincial comfortably-off rural areas building, it is necessary to forcefully develop vocational education especially secondary vocational education. In the process of it, the rural vocational education must be deeply reformed, the government should sponsor more , complete vocational education system must be constructed, the pattern of "indigenization" must be enhanced to divide the talents in the countryside, and thus to quicken the process of industrialization and to realize the overall comfortably-off society. The rural vocational education must be indigenized and the training of talents must be many-faceted. A system of policy or suggestion will be adopted and the government should sponsor vocational education responsibly.
