Carrying out the survey research on education and training of rural labor transfer, exploring the related law of the development of secondary vocational education in rural areas, the purpose is to provide theoretical guidance for rural surplus labor transfer to non-agricultural industries orderly and efficiently. At the same time, enriching theoretical system of secondary vocational education, provide new ideas for the development of secondary vocational education in rural areas.This study is a case study. It takes the education and training of rural labor transfer in Yongdeng county vocational secondary schools as a case study and taking empirical research from the micro perspective. In the premise of learning Yongdeng county's the overall situation of education and training of rural labor transfer, on the basis of analyzing the possibility of education and training of rural labor transfer in vocational school and summarizing experience of vocational school carrying education and training, through the field survey of Yongdeng vocational school carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer, from the respective perspective of Short Course Students and Two Epigenetic Students, combining the depth interview material of school-related leadership and classroom teachers, thus I find the exist problem of carrying education and training of rural labor transfer in the process, and take Some thoughts on the carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer in rural vocational schools. At the same time, I put forward the relevant measures and suggestions of carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer in rural vocational schools. The body of this paper is divided into the following five sections to discuss.In the first part, from the start of concerning about the situation of introducing education and training of rural labor transfer at the level of Nation and Gansu Province, How to make use of the opportunity to develop vocational education and improve the transfer rate of rural surplus labor legitimately and efficiently, will be a very significant issue. Then I define some concept, such as education and training of rural labor transfer, meanwhile carding some existing research results in this respect. Finally, it discusses the purpose, significance and methods of this study.In the second part, I introduce process and the reason of subjects selected, as well the collection of research material and timing case. Then I analyze favorable conditions of carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer in rural vocational schools and summarize experience and practice of rural vocational schools carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer, to make preparation for back analysis of empirical research in rural vocational schools.In the third part, from the respective perspective of Short Course Students and Two Epigenetic Students, using survey methods, combining the depth interview material of school-related leadership and classroom teachers, I analyzes the actual results of Yongdeng vocational school in some respects, such as Specialty Courses, teaching content, training conditions, teaching and training time, faculty, education and training text books, education and training funds, education and training evaluation, enrollment and employment etc. From the survey results, affirming the achievements of rural vocational schools carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer, I sees vocational own exist problems and shortcomings.In the forth part, on the basis of the third part, that it is about analysis of vocational actual survey results, I take Some thoughts on the carrying out education and training of rural labor transfer in rural vocational schools and put forward the relevant measures and suggestions of promoting education and training of rural labor transfer in rural vocational schools.In the last part, I look back to the study and give the statement of insufficient part in the paper. At last, I believe that vocational education service education and training of rural labor transfer more effectively and more rationally with more attention on secondary vocational education in rural areas, also there will be a new glory of secondary vocational education's development to their own.
