First of all, the preface of this thesis summrizes a lot.On basis the combination of background and significance topics of this study, I think this study - not only the problem of creating a new rural area , but alse a matter of involving the Chinese nation's rejuvenation and the country propering overall- shows a great theoretical guidance and practical significance. The emphasis of the research work lies in the historical research of the Huang's rural improving theory and practice, objective analysis of its specific features, problems and causes . And from the current status of the new rural construction we can draw the specific theories and practice of strategies. Difficulties lie in the shortage of the previous research , so there are not enough reference.In the part of detailing of the Huang's "improving theory of the rural areas " , it firstly studies the historical background which generated the Huang's " the theory of improving rural areas ," and discusses the meaning of this theory. This article holds that Huang's "rural improvement" as a test, not only his extension of thought of the "big vocational education ", but also a implementation of the civilian population in a specific education practice.Through "area education, education priority", "gradual improvement, economic first education later ", "establishing the thought of education in rural areas " and "based on the reality of local conditions in rural areas," the four detailes form Huang's improving theory in the rural areas and comment of its main features. Next it reviews and evaluates the Huang's improving experiment carried out in rural areas. His experiments of improving rural areas has brought us plenty experience as well as a profound reflection, which is, only through the rural improvement to deal with the problems existed in Chinese rusal, not only a illusion of reformism but a consistent with reality.In the end of this paper, it puts forward significance with ink description provided in Huang's "rural improving theory" of contemporary new socialist countryside construction . The orientation of the rural education is differend from urban education with its own way to thrive.
