The Research On Change Learning Style

One key point of the recent reform of the basic education course is how to bring about a new transformation of students' learning style. That is not only means the change in individuals' existence, but also profound effects on students' study. Learning style is not only a matter of manner, but also an issue concerning the development of our county that will exert profound effluences on our county.Today we must advocate a new approach to study: independent study, cooperative study and research study, which the central and critical link is of the pratise of the recent reform course. On the basis of serious research of the characteristics of the new learning style, the author as a middle school teacher elaborated the mistakes existent in the shift of learning style. Considering the teaching practice today and taking into account the fact that the transformation is gradual process of teachers' teaching style and students' learning style. The author tries to transform students' learning style on the basis of problem-based learning, the concept of PBL integrates independent study, cooperative study and research study the new course advocates, and absorbs the advantages of traditional learning style, making easier for students to transform their learning style. PBL also can provide students an opportunity to experience the general process of research study in any problem situation, authentic or simulated, and also can improve problem-solving ability, and affects a deep understanding of knowledge.The new course reform have posed new challenges to teachers' ability. Every teacher has to make great efforts to fully achieve the purpose of course reform. The author's retentive work put forward some new thought and approach for the working teachers to transform student' learning style and achieve the goal of basic education reform.
