| With the rapid development of society,multiple social governance has gradually replaced the traditional one-dollar social management.Community governance is in a basic position in social governance,and it is the most important part of social governance.The development of social work effectively solves the problems of community governance,meets the needs of community residents' diversity and differentiation,but at the same time,social work has bottlenecks in development,and there are many limitations in the actual community work.In this paper,through the study of Hefei S community governance,starting from the perspective of social work,study and policy system of Hefei S community governance community situation,operation mechanism,social workers involved in the project case.The research results show that the social work intervention in community governance has the following problems:the social recognition is not high,the linkage mechanism is not improvement and development of social organization is not mature,the degree of specialization of social workers is low,community participation is not wide enough.Social work is involved in community governance,and has professional advantages in terms of professional methods and values.However,the lack of social work and the external environment of community governance restrict the development of social work function.Better play the role of social work in community governance from the optimization of the social work in the external environment,improve community governance platform,strengthen the social organization ability construction,strengthening the social work personnel,expand community participation and other aspects to solve,solve some problems in current community governance in the.Community governance requires multiple efforts of the main body,with the needs of community residents as the guidance,to promote the development of social work,to optimize community governance and to take the road of good governance in communities. |
