Traditionally the science was treated as the irrevocable the entity of knowledge, while the study was considered as the talented person inheritance and the accumulation knowledge. When the objective world develops and changes unceasingly,, rapidly developing science has accelerated the new phenomenon and new question production.Therefore the study cannot emphasize merely the reliable information the accumulation, it should pay more attention to the students' strong question consciousness.The inquiry learner will transfer the center of studying from the emphasis knowledge inheritance and the accumulation to the knowledge inquisition process.It pursues the goal is not merely a knowledge, moreover including enhances student's question consciousness and the inquisition interest, promotes to the student's ability of science inquisition and understands the science, enhances student's scientific literacy roundly.The inquiry learning took the important study way, the status which in our chemical teaching obtains the approval and the enhancement gradually. But because many kinds of intrinsic factor influence, the efficiency of inquiry learning is very low, the teaching effect is not ideal. In the realistic status of austere obtain employment, traditional exam-oriented education not to withdraw from the historical arena, The inquiry learning in secondary education still be pushed aside. The education research is must aim at the actual problem which in the real teaching exists. This research objective point is implements inquiry learning effectively.Through lookup correlation literature, hopes understands research results of inquiry learning.This researchful keystone is the primary factor of influence chemical inquiry learning. In this foundation, check up the actual effect of inquiry learning through chemical teaching; Through the practice research, reflect on the insufficiency of fundamental research, expected obtains valuable research results which has may available and propagable.The innovation of this research is utilize the principle of effective teaching,union characteristic of chemical discipline, discuss the breakthrough point and the combining site between effective teaching and inquiry learning.
