The Present Situation And The Countermeasures Of The Inspection Of The Construction Of The School Physical And Healthy Curriculum

In September, 2001,"Sports And Healthy Curriculum Standard"began to be implemented in partial areas of china and carried on comprehensively in 2005. The Central State Council and the Ministry of Education have issued a series of documents successively to establish three levels of curriculum management system and the goal managementpattern, and require all levels of educational administration department to strengthen the education inspection work.Using literature study principle ,questionnaire survey principle, mathematical statisticprinciple and logic analysis principle, this paper investatigates the school inspectors, the P.E. instructors ,the P.E. teachers and the students of Liaoning Province Yixian, Lingyuan and Wuhan, the aim of which is to clarify the effect and the reason of curriculum's implement and analyse and summarize the problems and the experience on the healthy curriculum construction situation inspection of the educational administration departments of the three areas to Provide the concorningdepartments'decision-making for certain referenceThe findings indicatthat establishmenting three levels of curriculum management system and goal management pattern needs to strengthen the functions of the inspection; The inspection appraisal target systems of the three areas all have individual and common problems: The examples of the plans are unstandardizing,there are no rank targets,the higher target and subordinate target are same and so on;The appraisal plans of inspection also have such respective problems as the inspection cycle is too long ,the sports proportion is too low and so on ;The P.E teachers have much difficulty in developing the contents of the P.E curriculum courses , appraising and understanding and using the new study ways;The principals and the students are indifferent to the policies of sports test in the entrance of the senior school ; "Physical and Healthy Curriculum Standard" cannot realize its standard functions; The executionershave great different understanding on the documents promulgated by the Ministry of Education successively .The present crriculum reform is in low efficient;,the main causes of which is the problem of the policy plan itself question and etc..According to the problems of the current curriculum reforms, this paper put sforward the following proposals: The study and the experience work of the education inspection should paid much attion to;The teaching system, the test system, and the system of the curriculum management should reform humionously; The policy-makers should retry the documents promulgatedand explicit the targets and ect..
