Research On Urban Community Management And Public Participation

Urban community is the basis of a city, also burden the management of a city and the perfect it's function. The status of community affect urban people's life level and quality, mirrors degree of a city develop and the level of a country manage its society. The develop of community need government and NPO, but more important, depend on public participation .Inhabitant are majority of public participation and self-government, by devote themselves to community develop .In politics view; Urban community management and public participation are the core of democracy in public.The study in this thesis is mainly characterized by positive analysis, employing methods of questionnaire and document sorting -out, with the software SPSS applied in the analysis of the research and investigation findings .From researching recognize the gap and provide feasible advices, by discussing the experience of our country and aboard. And carry out investigation in Xinshi district of Wlumuqi .The article consists of three parts .The first part is theoretical studies, which systematically introduces the background, status quo, objective, contents and process of the studies, systemic expatiate and analyze the attitude of public participation. The second part is cases study and positive analysis, which expatiates the experience of world wide urban community management and public participation, also analysis the findings by design questionnaires and date analysis .In the third part, a conclusion is drawn upon the outcome of the research and suggestions are presented.Theme of thesis is how to extend public participation aggrandize the function of community and enhance the management of community by study the theory of community management ,the model of world community management and public participation experience, combine investigation in Xinshi district of Wulumuqi and analysis the mutual relationship of public participation and community management .By cases study ,positive analysis participation in the discussion community management and public participate in the discussion community management and public participation research ,and provide referenced suggestion in how to extend public participation and enhance the ability of urban community management.
