Investigation Report On The Questions Of Urban Elders Community Affairs Participation

At present, the community has almost become into a huge family that urban residents live in. People come from "man" into a "community", enjoying the various facilities and services brought by the community. As the source of inspiration and inner motivation of community development, community involvement gets more and more attention and focus. The elders are becoming the main force of urban community participation, while they have more leisure time to participate in community life.Therefore, this paper selects the a more representative of the community in Jining city as the investigation unit. Investigation and analysis focused on problems in the urban elderly and community participation are made, with the participation observation, structure type and no structure type interviews used in full understanding Nandai community situation. Focused on the investigation analysis city elderly community participation in the exists of problem, SPSS data software for finishing and analysis are used, through analysis came city elderly community participation in the General exists participation enthusiasm partial low, participation area narrow, participation wishes not strongly, participation satisfaction degrees low of problem. Respectively, from the micro-, meso-and macro-level analysis of the causes of these problems. Finally, through the survey and analysis, combined with the expertise of social work, this paper put forward feasible proposals on these issues, and approach from the perspective of social work involved senior citizens community involvement in problem solving. It is hoped that through this research, community participation can effectively contribute to the urban elderly, and it is taken as an opportunity to explore ways of promoting community participation and true, building a new community, then to enhance the living level and environment of residents in all communities, including the elderly.
