In recent two years, Blog, which is a new developed technique in information times has got extensive application in numerous professions and fields. It has also permeated through the information-based education gradually, and it will add a new method of ideology and politics theory in college.In this paper, the principle and techniques of Blog are introduced into the teaching and applied in fulfillment.
