| Self-identity is a concept derived from Erikson's individual development theory, and regarded as a lifetime subject, having expansibility and epigenetically.Whether the adolescent youth or the freshman in university, they both have a common & inevitable task needed to resolve in their life seedtime: preventing identity-diffusion, promoting identity-achievement. Currently, personality is core content in Scholastic Mental Health Education & Psychological Quality Cultivate, whose key is the advancement of self-identity.Based on previous study, this research tries to explore an effective intervention pattern for self-identity of undergraduate, to optimize their psychological quality, to promote Scholastic Mental Health Education. On the basis of mental characteristics of freshman, this research introduces group-counseling technology, combines Psychological Quality Cultivate goals with Youth Self-identity tasks together as training objects, and constructs a practical pertinence & maneuverability operation pattern and its activity scheme, which is called "Undergraduate Self-identity Group-counseling". According to this operation pattern, we do the experiment of educational intervention to the self-identity of freshman to explore the result that the Group-counseling pattern's impact on the research which lasted two months to intervene 38 freshman.The results indicated the following:I .The pattern of Group-counseling founding on Psychological Quality Cultivate has the feasibility to improve undergraduates' self-identity in its structure and the activity scheme. II .The pattern and its activity scheme that constructed in this thesis have a good effect on freshman's self-identity, with resolving much more familiar problem & puzzle in pullulating.III The pattern and its activity scheme constructed in this thesis have positive assist on freshman for adapting the new environment, new tasks and new requires for development.IVThe pattern and its activity scheme that constructed in this thesis can improve effectively the freshman's whole mental health level.In a word, through constructing the implementation pattern and designing the activity scheme of the Group-counseling founding on Psychological Quality Cultivate and intervening the freshman's self-identity, this pattern can efficiently improve the freshman's self-identity and promote the level of the whole mental health and can be regarded as a kind of effective form of undergraduate's self-identity education. |
