Research On Curriculum Structure Optimization Of The Major Of Ideological And Political Education In Higher Normal University

The major of ideological and political education in higher normal university has an important function in cultivating and training eligible senior high school politics teachers. The curriculum structure is the media to fulfill the cultivating goal and the key to ensure and improve educational quality. We ought to reform major of ideological and political education in higher normal university and take steps from curriculum structure optimization when there are lots of new quality request, which has been brought forward by social development, subject development as well as curriculum reform of senior high school politics.This dissertation follows a logic line of why, what and how. Interview and comparative are mainly adopted in this thesis. The jumping-off point of research is to clarify "curriculum structure", in order to illuminate curriculum structure view of this paper. Based on the opinion, the author begins to analyze the realistic reasons and background, which impel to optimize curriculum structure of major of ideological and political education in higher normal university, and point out the existent problem of curriculum structure. Then, the goals of curriculum structure optimization are established, and the author brings forward the content and the form, which is supposed to be in theory. At last, according to practice requirement and theoretic demand, the condition, the principle and the method are proposed to achieve the goal, solves the problem.This dissertation contains four parts:The first part: This part expatiates the reasons, which impel to optimize curriculum structure of major of ideological and political education in higher normal university, in order to make the problems of curriculum structure clearly, and explain what for optimizing urgently. The second part: This part establishes the goals of curriculum structure optimization. The author proposes and demonstrates the origin and the basis from society, subject and learner. Based on it, the author establishes the goals, which provide the direct for curriculum structure optimization.The third part: This part analyzes the content and the form of curriculum structure of major of ideological and political education in higher normal university, which is supposed to be contained and displayed in theory. According to the goals of optimization, the author comparatively analyzes the current situation of curriculum structure of major of ideological and political education in a few higher normal universities, and illuminates the problems. Then, aim at the problem, we should optimize formal structure factors and essential structure factors synchronously, and put up the proposed form of optimization by changing the constitutes of curriculum types , their relations or adding and decreasing class hours in theory.The fourth part: This part puts forward the strategies, which will realize curriculum structure of major of ideological and political education in higher normal university. Based on former analysis and discuss, the author combines the existent problems, the goals as well as the proposed content and form, compares with the model of overseas, suggests that if we want complete the optimization of curriculum structure of major of ideological and political education in higher normal university, we must have some conditions, follow some principles, open up liberal education course, conformity trunk course of the major, fuse subject teacher's training course, adjust proportion of required and elective course, separate subject and integrate course, theoretic and practice course, build essential curriculum structure by contradict analysis of "structure-function".
