With the rapid development of informationalization, great changes have taken place in education, including instructional method,content and ideological idea and so on. Facing the challenges both from education system and from informationalizational society, We have to pay more attention to train information literacy (IL for short) of high school students.《ordinary technological course standard of high school (experiment)》gives priority to cultivation of IL, Based on stage course of compulsory education, in order to improving students' IL. Let student master the information technology skill, experience information culture, strengthen information consciousness and responsibility in the process of obtaining, machining, managing, appearing and exchanging information, Thus become the citizen qualified in information age。The high school is the transition period to university education stage of junior school, not only further developing and expanding the achievement of junior school education, but also Quality which the useful talents training country and the society should possess, the decisive action of the competition is conspicuous to the future.The level of their IL will affect the quality of high education and affect training innovative talents. IL education of high school students。IL education of city high students in my county has significant realistic meaning in reducing the wide digital gap and education quality in my province.So, The thesis describes the conception and the characteristics of the IL and probes into the IL's structure.and contents based on the materials at home and abroad. And it also discusses the importance of the IL and the necessity to cultivate it city high school students. And presents the strategies to improve the IL through the analysis of the problem existing in my city high school students'IL. The thesis studies the city high middle students'IL in ShangRao county. Through the way of talking, survey, document search, questionnaire, inductive method, deductive method and etc. the thesis analyses the status quo and the cause of city high school students'IL in ShangRao county and makes countermeasures.The first part is an introduction which elaborates the reason of the theme selection, research background, present situation, purpose, significance and study methods.The second part analyses and defines IL. This part reviews the IL development and evolvement. Then it summarizes IL contest, including information consciousness, information knowledge, information capability, information moral these four aspects. Then we can get a correct idea of IL.The third part summarizes status quo of city high students'IL in ShangRao county. After studying standards on IL made by the domestic and abroad experts and making a survey of high school students IL, it points out the present problems and difficulties, probes and concludes the reasons. The fourth part is an important one. The thesis puts forward six countermeasures according to the actual situation of city high schools in ShangRao county. The first one is to reform the system of entering college in high school .The second one is to use the teaching method of " the problem is solved " in information technology course and implement the integration with other courses. The third one is to gain modern education idea. The fourth one is accelerate the construction of infrastructure of information and offer the good information-based environment. The fifth one is to train teachers IL and offer good teachers to these city high school students. The sixth one is to construct the overpass in training the accomplishment of information, in order to build the good society,information educational environment of family. The seventh one is to Strengthen high school student's moral education in a more cost-effective manner in order to improve the high school student's information morals.The fifth part is the summary. In this part, the author points out the achievements and deficiency of the thesis. Then the author states the direction of further research.
