At present,the education of information technology in China has become one of the objectives of promoting comprehensively quality education,technology information plays a key role in the development of all of the students.Therefore,it is necessary to make information technology education as a compulsory course and future survival ability to focus for students.To popularize information technology education in primary and secondary schools,arming education with information technology and promoting education,is conducive to promoting the modernization of education.In this paper,it conducted questionnaires and interviews to investigate the status of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in Linxian County.The sample survey was conducted,including 15 primary and secondary school students in Linxian County,information technology teachers and teaching Vice Chancellor.The contents of investigation included: the president of administrators,teachers and students of information technology education,information technology education teachers structure and level,the evaluation system of teachers,student’s information technology courses distribution;School of hardware and software equipment configuration,coverage rate of network to achieve the "school to school";financial expenditureof information technology education in primary and middle schools and the proportion of all primary and secondary schools;information technology curriculum arrangement,information technology and curriculum integration.These four aspects were analyzed in this paper from the school of resources and system,it was found that the existence of human in the Linxian County education of information technology in the process of the problem is the lack of knowledge,the concept of low level of teachers and students’ information literacy level is low;in the material aspect the coverage rate of hardware equipment is low.Shortage and network;In the financial part the problem is the lack of financial input and the allocation of funds is not reasonable;in the aspect of system the problem is imperfect management system and management method of execution is not enough.According to the actual situation of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in Linxian County,to put forward some suggestion in four aspects countermeasures to improve quality of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in Linxian County: people-oriented information literacy cultivation concept;accelerate the education of information technology infrastructure construction;construction of teachers information technology to enhance the education of information technology management level.
