The Study Of Students' Evaluation About Teachers Based On Investigating A Specific Case

Students'Evaluation about teachers is one of the important approaches to evaluate teaching and it is accepted by more and more universities now. But there are still some questions to solve to get more effects. The study selects JiangXi Normal University as a specific case. Depends on education philosophy,higher education philosophy,education psychology,systematic theory and education statistic, the author used the methods of documents analysis and methods of investigation and methods of interview to elaborate the reasons and problems about students'evaluation about teachers. The author also brings up some countermeasures and produces some samples about the forms of students'Evaluation about teachers in JiangXi Normal University. The questionnaires and outlines of interview and the forms of students'evaluation about teachers are the originalities of this thesis. This thesis are got high appraisal of the leaders in JiangXi Normal University.The thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter elaborates the rationales for selecting the present study, the significances of the present study as well as the research thought and methods used for the present study etc. This chapter also summarizes the researches of other scholars.The second chapter elaborates the history of the students'evaluation about teachers of our country. And this chapter focuses on the theory.The third chapter mainly analyses the materials of investigation about JiangXi Normal University and acquaintances the present situations of students'evaluation about teachers. And this chapter analyses the problems of students'evaluation about teachers.The fourth chapter aims to perfect students'evaluation about teachers based on the analysis about the questions.The fifth chapter restructures the index systems of students'evaluation about teachers.The sixth chapter makes a conclusion. And the author takes a glance into the future about this research.
