Private higher education institution is the historical product from the fast development and deeper reform of higher education.It is as an important part of Chinese higher education as well.The boom of private higher education institutions can greatly benefit and improve the structure of Chinese higher education,realize the aim of educational popularization.Meanwhile,it is crucial and better to reflect the basic functions of higher education in the fields of talent training,scientific research,social service and inheriting culture.Nevertheless,as a new born thing,private higher education institution carries peculiar and unique meanings in ethnic areas.Broadly,due to the influences and limitations of laws,local policies,social cognition,the developing process of private higher education institution faces fierce challenges.China University of Mining and Technology Yinchuan College is a private higher education institution,which is introduced by the government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.It is a co-established independent college by the local government and China University of Mining and Technology,one of Chinese to pengineering universities.As far from the main campus,for China University of Mining and Technology Yinchuan College,issues on the share of advanced resources have met some troubles,especially in the construction of teachers.Therefore,designing and establishing scientific and reasonable evaluation mechanism of teachers,implementing adaptable stimulations to meet the requirements of reform and the improvement of college in the modern context are necessary.Based on the analysis of current evaluation mechanisms and stimulation measurements of teachers in independent college,this thesis focuses on and provides related solutions and suggestions to exist problems,such as changing minds,stimulations in compensation system,social security,honor and training,creating cultural atmosphere,perfecting the mechanisms of teacher's endeavors on pursuing their studies and so forth.By such doing,this thesis aims at offering valuable references to the management and construction of teachers in the University of Mining and Technology Yinchuan College.And also popularizes the related solutions and discussions to congenic colleges.
