Research On The Causes And Countermeasures Of Study-weariness Of Professional College Students

With china's professional college education developing in full swing, the study-weariness of professional college students has become a major concern for the sound development of both professional college education and the country's economy, thus deserves full attention, and should be solved properly with good efforts .The paper is aimed to propose some specific and practical countermeasures on the basis of surveying and analyzing the causes of the study-weariness of the professional college students.To analyze the factors causing study weariness in theory, they are the theory of intensifying; the theory of demanding; the theory of uncontrolled knowing; the theory of reason; the theory of achievement intention; the theory of expecting ,ect.Based on psychology's basic theory and relevant theory, according to students'study-weariness behavior, the concept of"study-weariness"is defined. Study-weariness (or study-weariness mood) is that a student shifts away from the study dominant demand. The students lose interest in study at school, grow up weary mood, hold indifferent and indulgent attitudes towards study, and vent out their feeling and emotion by conducting indecent behaviors, then, the paper makes a summary about the different behaviors of the study-weary professional college students , in order to confirm the fact that this issue is actually existed and it is very serious .Meanwhile, the paper makes a brief analysis about it.With the guide of relevant theories and some thinkings about the reality, the author has designed some questionnaires , performed same surveys and analyzed the results, thus providing the basis for the countermeasures. The author designs a questionnaire with 30 questions involving students'educational values, study values, professional values, school conditions and the professional standards of teachers. The survey results of different grades .We believe the causes influencing study-weariness are manifold, either from market economical tide or from parents, teachers or students themselves, or from school errors, improper teaching methods or students their own poor background. It comes to a conclusion as follows: In terms of education values, there exists a certain difference between different grades and different sex, so does good students and poor students, the students are study-weariness because of they don't believe the study values ; The students motivated by self-improvement to realize study value are the majority; During the study process, troubled students are increasing proportionately as they step into higher grades, it is one of the most important causes that learning English is difficult; They consider their future career according to hardness, income, social status, power and whether they can make full use of their talents, it is one of the most factors that the student's employment rate is hard; They believe their study results are greatly influenced by themselves and the school; The formation of students'educational value is due to their parents and their teachers to a large extent.At last, according to the results of the analysis and the survey, pointed out the countermeasures for professional college students, to solve this problem of causing study weariness, it is not enough to rely only on education sectors. It needs school, family and society to take initiative coordinately and comprehensively. Therefore, there are several points proposed: To educate the students to their"sanguan"; to solve the college's educate; to enhance psychological education at school; to augment the instructions for schooling rate and employment rate; to guide students for their proper career value, ect.In the conclusion, the paper raises several continued relevant subjects based on the achieved research results, and defines clearly the direction for the author to take in future.
