With the coming of knowledge economy, high-quality talents have become the strategic resources to promote economic and social development and have been the decisive factor of enhancing the overall national strength and international competitiveness. Moreover, modernization also set up more strongly demand for the high vocational and technical personnel of education. In spite of wide prosperity of higher vocational education, we should pay attention to the increasing phenomenon of learning weariness. Although a number of researchers on this relevant study have proposed several plans, there is no evidence that the study-weary problem is eliminated.This thesis draws college students of Professional Vocational College of Hubei University (WuChang Branch) as samples. Various means of investigation such as the questionnaire survey, the document analysis, the interview and the observation are adopted in this thesis to obtain the first-hand information. I conclude that the study-weary behavior is an unhealthy mental performance, and will do harm to individual and institutional management and even social progress. We should take measures to prevent the spread of disinterest in learning and provide more excellent talents for the market to promote the education effect in the Professional Vocational College.Among the numerous factors affecting their study-weary behaviors---social, family, school and individual, the two major factors which can be controlled conveniently and effectively are the students themselves and school environment. In order to solve the problem fundamentally, the vocational colleges should regard the’Students’fondness in learning’as the ultimate goal of education. Only surrounded by this goal can we realize the comprehensive teaching reform in our college. Fond-of-learning Project can be divided into two sides,----the school and the students. On the respect of the students, we should direct the students to form an correct attitude towards learning, enhance their learning motivation, improve their learning strategies to achieve their independence study; As far as the school is concerned, we should find out the most influential factors affecting their learning-weariness, make efforts to create a Students’fondness in learning environment. The strategy of "Fond-of-learning Project" composed of five phrases-"willing to learn","able to learn","excel in learning" and "interested in learning", to reach the ultimate state of "fond of learning."...
