With the development of the times and the advancement of information society, education is becoming more and more important. The teacher is the root of education. The teachers'quality of a country is straightly related with its education's quality. And teacher education is the key of enhancing teachers'quality. Educational practice is one of the very important aspects of teacher education. However, it hasn't been well regarded and studied even by now. The key point to develop educational practice is how to resolve the lasting old problems from new perspectives. We should study the educational practice of teacher education in the international teacher education background. The purpose to compare is to provide reference. Based on the study of comparing Chinese and American teacher's college students, especially on the conditions of their educational practice, the article tries to guide the practice as well as to enrich the theories.From historical perspective, the research studies china's and America's educational practice development mainly since the beginning of the 20 century. Beside historical method, the author uses comparative method, literature analytical method as well. This article is mostly divided into four parts. Firstly, historically look back Chinese and American teacher's college students'educational practice development, thus clearly comprehend and master these two countries'educational practice. Then comprehend and master each other. Secondly, compare them in six aspects. They are educational practice position, educational practice intention, educational practice content, educational practice form, educational practice base construction, and educational practice evaluating mechanism. And analyze their homology and difference. Then find out and explain the reasons: the influence of society factors and educational factors . Finally, point out the significant reference to our educational practice construction: sparkplug animadversion and rethinking point in the educational practice, promote systematical educational practice, increase educational practice proportion, prolong educational practice time, better educational practice contents and form, strengthen close cooperation among teacher's college, education administration department and practice school , intensify practice tutorship teacher's duty, implement tutorship measurements diversification, boost up scientifically evaluation , enhance educational practice management.
