The Comparative Research Of The Support System Of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Between China And America

In 1999, the educational reform policy of enlarging student recruitment in general colleges and universities was implemented. Then, the higher education scale of China has been developing year by year. Because of advancing development of the higher education scale in China, the jobs that was provided by community cannot meet the work requirements of college student. Therefore, the problem of college students’employment has been become one of the problems high-profile upon in today’s society. Entrepreneurship is the most positive way of employment. College students are equipped with representative advanced knowledge and technology, the entrepreneurial behavior of them is more meaningful to the whole society. The research on entrepreneurship starts relatively late in China, and study on the support system of college students’entrepreneurship is still at a developing stage. In contrast, the support system of college students’entrepreneurship in America is mature. Therefore, this paper analyzed the part of success of support system of college students’s entrepreneurship from the angle of comparison and put forward some suggestions to improve the support system of college students’entrepreneurship in China.The Section 1 of this paper briefly introduced the background of the support system of college students’entrepreneurship, it is believed that the perfection of support system of college students’entrepreneurship is essential for economic development and social progress in China. In addition, the research purpose and research significance were described in the paper. What’s more, the research status of college students’entrepreneurship at home and abroad was analyzed,then the characteristics of them was summarized and the extended value of this paper was elaborated. At last, this paper showed the research method and innovative points.The Section 2 of this paper described some concepts of the entrepreneurship which were put forward by domestic and foreign scholars. Based on these concepts, the implication of entrepreneurship was defined. Then the connotation of college students’entrepreneurship was summarized after analyzing the general characteristics of it. Finally, this paper defined the component factors of support system of college students’entrepreneurship.The present situation of the support system of college students’entrepreneurship in America is analyzed in Section 3. Firstly, this section introduced the development state of the college students’entrepreneurship in America. Secondly, the basic contents of the support system of college students’entrepreneurship in America were described and some aspects that was worth learning were summed up.In the Section 4, the present situation of the support system of college students’ entrepreneurship in China was analyzed. Some college students of Z University were selected to be as objects of empirical research by using questionnaire survey. Through the results of questionnaire survey and the basic contents of the support system of college students’entrepreneurship in China to find out some disadvantages of the domestic support system of college students’entrepreneurship.In the last Section of this paper, some parts that should be improved of domestic support system of college students’entrepreneurship were pointed out through compared the differences between China and America. In the end, in order to improve the domestic support system of college students’entrepreneurship, some suggestions on policy support, financial support, education and training support and public service support were put forward.
