At the beginning of the new century, China's eighth since the basic education curriculum reform in the party Central Committee and State Council's direct leadership, is attracting worldwide attention to the rapid momentum in the country smoothly forward. This reform, the pace of large speed, great difficulty is the former seven reform unparalleled. In the new sports curriculum standards implementation, indeed there have been some gratifying change, but as a long-term impact of traditional concepts and constraints, coupled with the spirit of Xinkebiao failed to understand the good, the new sports curriculum standards in the implementation process a number of perplexing questions. If these issues are not well addressed, will definitely affect the smooth implementation of the new curriculum standards. The use of documentation law, the law expert interviews, questionnaires law, and several statistical methods for comparative analysis of the Mongolian high school in Qian Gou , the No.3 high school in Fuyu, the No.7 high school in Qianan, the No.1 high school in Changling, the no. 1 high school in Zhenlai, the no.1 high school in Tongyu, in the west of Jinlin province sports and health courses focus on the implementation status of the investigation analysis, a comprehensive understanding of the sports and health curriculum standards, and to the implementation problems for the provision of effective measures, the results of the study indicate that :1. Sports teacher qualifications structure is consistent with high school sports focus on teaching. From the work life and the structure of sports titles younger teachers showing trends, the majority of teachers are working energetically period. Implementation of the new curriculum standards and published papers on the extent of speaking Xinkebiao understanding, although physical education teachers for the new curriculum to a certain awareness and understanding of scientific research, but most sports not been able to give teachers sufficient attention to the research shows physical education teachers and theoretical level is not high, This will be the further implementation of sports Xinkebiao important factors.2. Through teaching goals, curricula, teaching methods, teaching organizational forms, teaching evaluation of the implementation status of the investigation that : physical education teachers teaching in sports from the overall process of grasping the new curriculum standards idea, but in actual operation there are still certain issues, and not on the specific guidance.3. Students learned through investigation Changchun eight key high school stadiums sports facilities can not meet the teaching needs, thereby affecting the interest and enthusiasm of students learning, students have to learn more sports clear, positive objectives and motives, but because of insufficient number of sports theory class, teachers lack the necessary theoretical knowledge to the students guidance and teaching, the students have not formed the habit of reading sports books, resulting in the sports knowledge of students.
