The Investigation And Research The Psychology Of University Students Choosing Profession.

This research essay bases on predecessors theories, adopts questionnaire investigation method and documents data method, investigates the students` at college psychological state of choosing job at Changchun University, Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute and Jilin Teacher` s Institute of Engineering and Technology these three colleges, and makes an initial step study about it. This Essay aims at understanding college students` different mental state of choosing job ,in order to help them to understand themselves personality psychology, have a correct comment and know on themselves` choosing job ability ,and help students to set a correct attitudes of choosing job. Moreover, it provides some degree reference for colleges on theory to guide students how to be employed.This research result shows as follow:Firstly, college students know little about our country` s being employed situation; lack of full career plan; only hope to get being employed information and guide from college.Secondly, the college students` occupation choosing reflects their individual value` s realization.But they pursue easy working surroundings,they are not willing to work hard and pay much price for their work.their initiative competition consciousness is rather weak.Thirdly, College students hope to choose a job is similar to the major what they have learned at college.Fourthly, college students are strong independent on choosing job. they have positive and optimistic attitudes about the outlook of being employed in future. Fifthly, according to college students choose job circumstance, aim directly at different characteristics `of interviewees different test, this article finds that there is difference between sophomores and juniors on choosing open cities in the coastal area, medium-sized cities, small-sized cities. Most students of sophomores hope to work in open cities in coastal area. Most students of Juniors hope to work in medium-sized cities and small-sized cities .They are more rational less blind on choosing work environment.Sixthly, according to college students choose the content of being employed, aim directly at different characteristics `of interviewees different test, this article finds that there is difference between college students major in Art and major in Science . Students major in Art need more correlated guide on personality development consult and career life plan than students major in Science.
