Vocational School Students Choosing The Value Orientation Of Research

Choosing profession is an important topic in the growth of students, which is influenced by the personal value of profession.In the times, which is full of competition, the students coming from the vocational schools are facing challenges and chances. Which value is held by students in vocational schools during the process of hunting for job? Which characteristics are showed in their psychology during the process of choosing profession? Which factors are affecting them to choose profession? Which helps do the vocational schools give to the students? The purpose of this investigation is to answer the above questions and let the school education play more important role in the choosing profession of students.The objects of this research are the students who come from the vocational schools. They are facing the questions of choosing profession. The methods of the questionnaire, investigation and consultation of papers and books are used in this study. From the aspects, which are reorganization and knowledge, tendentiousness of actions and factors influencing actions of choosing profession, I made investigation and summed up a few outstanding characteristics showed in the students' value of choosing profession. The characteristics are as follows: lack reorganization of policy of employment; an error in self-evaluation; paying great attention to realize self-value and tendentiousness of utilitarianism.As for the factors that influence the actions of choosing profession, I analyzed the influences which is caused by the family, the society, the school and the sex. Among them, the conclusion of small influences caused by schools deserves serious attention.As a teacher working in a vocational school, I think that it is necessary to analyze the value of choosing profession of the students and put forward some suggestions as follows: paying serious attention to questions existing in the process...
