The purpose of the secondary vocational school Education is to bring up high quality person through politics education,vocational morality education and psychology health education. Causing by the influence of traditional teaching mode, the teaching actual effect is not good when teacher teaches hard and students study hard. The best way to solve this prominent problem for teacher is to hold the faith and grasp the strategy on respect education. Respect education advocates the faith that student is the basis of education, and focuses its attention on complete development of all students. The implement of respect education strategy provides detailed operation manner to the achievement of moral education object for the teacher. The thesis discusses mostly is the strategy choice and achievement goal of respect education in the secondary vocational school educationThe thesis is divided into three parts. The first part analysis the connotation, character and theory basis of respect education, the abundant meaning and scientific foundation is clarified through the dissertation on concept, character, content and theory of respect education. The second part discusses the necessary on the implement of respect education in the secondary vocational school moral education. In this part, according to the analysis of the request in knowledge economy times, the training target and the moral teaching status in quo on vocational education, the necessary of the implement of respect education is discussed in the secondary vocational school moral education. The third part discussed the strategy when respect education is taking into practice in the secondary vocational school moral education. First of all, one idea is founded to make respect education lively, secondary, five goals are founded to make the respect education into practice and thirdly, three ways are actualized to show the path on respect education.The thesis discusses the necessary, importance and feasibility on implement of respect education in the secondary vocational school moral education. Through the influence of real effect caused by practice, beneficial experience and assistance are got on the transformation of teach idea and the mastery of respect education strategy for teachers.
