The competition of the overall strength of the countries in the world is becomingmore and more intense with the globalization of economy and information in the 21stcentury. Under such circumstances, the Chinese government will further promote thesustainable, healthy, cohesive and rapid development of education, build up a perfectnational educational system and a lifelong learning system.The secondary vocational education plays a very important role in nationaleducation and the vocational school students concern much attention and recognition.The course of moral education is not only a required course but one of the mostimportant ways to carry out the quality education. During the process of implementingthe moral education, what puzzles the teachers is the contradictory between thetheories and practice,between the former experience and the updated trend. In fact themost efficient way is to encourage the learners to try investigative self-teaching. It isjust a method in which teachers do not present "what" directly to the students but "how"and "why" therefore they will get the way to do some research themselves. Comparedwith some other methods, it aims at the process not the result, at the creativity not theamount of knowledge, at the ability to learn. It is truly helpful for building up theirinnovation and the overall strength of qualified human resources.In China, some big cities like Beijing and Shanghai have achieved a lot in suchresearch while we still have a long way to go considering the various levels in ourcountry.
