In September, 2004 our country ordinary high school new turn of curriculum reforms started. In September, 2007 Jilin Province also will enter the new curriculum according to the plan. The curriculum reform not only gives the ordinary high school vigor to educate but also brings new teaching subjects, meanwhile middle school teacher novice teachers'training and the study are extremely essential in particular. Besides as the high school students'quantities are increasing, the novice teacher proportion in the teacher troop unceasingly increases. Universities in our country mainly undertake the duty to raise teachers. It is difficult for training schools in various provinces and cities to raise the novice teachers who are in large quantities and widespread. Under such a situation, it seems that novice teachers collated and corrected training is especially important. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss one kind of middle school novice teachers'training strategy which should be based in middle school, it both may accelerate the novice teachers to grow, and may improve the education teaching quality of the middle school novice teachers who train the strategy.In order to complete this article I have read massive literature, analyzed the experience and defects of the novice teacher training in our country, has conducted the research to our school's 62 novices teachers'present condition and the training demand, finally according to the novice teachers'characteristics, their psychological characteristics, under the study organization theory, the teacher growth theory and life long education instruction and so on , unifying myself to develop the novice teacher in the school to train in the work, has completed the middle school novice teacher collated and corrected training strategy research.This article altogether includes four parts.First part: Middle school novice teacher collated and corrected training significanceSecond part: Middle school novice teacher's characteristic and training present situationThird part: Middle school novice teacher collated and corrected training basis and principlesFourth part: Middle school novice teacher collated and corrected training measures...
