Research On College Students' Personality Morality Education

21st century is the time of knowledge and information. The development of science and technology and the advancement of society bring higher demand to the persons with ability. The persons with ability in the 21st century not only have high level of knowledge and well moral diathesis, but also have the personalities which fit for the age's development. The universities are the bases which bring up persons with ability for the society and transport persons with ability to the society, and they not only take on the function of imparting knowledge to the students, but also take on the function of moral education. In the new period, the moral education in the colleges has a new direction. The direction is that the work of moral education must attach importance to developing the students'good personalities while improving the level of morality of the students. On this base, the colleges can transport more persons with ability of all kind. On the base of doing well in the works of developing the good morality of the students, considering the differences among individuals, we should develop the personalities of the students in the particular directions and on the particular degrees. The students with good personalities will devote themselves into the jobs and livings in the future with their go-aheadism and enthusiasm. As a result, they could succeed easily and contribute to the society better. On the base of realizing the inevitability of developing the personalities of the students, we should analyze the problem in the moral education works. The solutions of these problems will figure out the way of moral education works in colleges.The main content of this paper is introducing the interrelated basal theories; in the second part of this paper, we bring forward the inevitability of developing the personalities of the students in colleges; on this base, we bring forward the problems existing in the moral education works in colleges at present, and we do our best for grasping the essential of the problem; the fourth part of this paper is to design mode of the students'moral education in colleges from five sides: to update the notions of moral education, to change the manners of moral education; to renovate the contents of moral education; to build the atmosphere; to strengthen the teachers'leading. This paper gives a personal idea of the author. It really provides good suggestions to the development and fulfillment of moral education in college.
