Since the 1980s, in order to deal with international competition inthe 21st century, the various countries raise the upsurge in abundancewhich the curriculum reforms, our country elementary education curriculumreform also under this kind of big background arise at the historic moment.According to "Compulsory education Language Curriculum Standard(Experiment)" appeared and the experiment saves the experience, ourcountry "the Ordinary High school Language Curriculum Standard(Experiment)" also appears in 2003."Language High School Curriculum Standards (Experimental)" in thecurriculum, the curriculum design, curriculum goals, implementation ofthe curriculum in areas such as innovation and made great achievements.However, it has also exist in theory too, the design is too generalcompulsory and elective courses, The goat set up a lack of scientificprograms and other issues. In light of these problems, this paper presentsa theoretical perfect elective courses,improve language and explicitknowledge systems, The evaluation on teachers and other areas of thecurriculum evaluation, with a view to promoting the "ordinary high schoollanguage curriculum standards (experimental)," the sound and healthydevelopment of the languages of the new curriculum.
