Chinese curriculum standard is the basic standards of Chinese curriculum development and teaching activities, is the study of a national language teaching in China. This paper, from the angle of comparative study, introduces curriculum reform’s basic situation of Chinese, UK compulsory stage, from the Chinese curriculum standard value orientation、Chinese course standard structure, Chinese course standard target to comparative study the differences and similarities between the two countries curriculum standard, to seek the regularity of mother tongue’education.According to the obligation education stage about curriculum standard of the two countries,the latest revision about 《the compulsory education language course standard》 in January2012and the British 《National Curriculum-English》, through the research background of two countries ’curriculum standard, analyzes curriculum standard value orientation,these two countries both according to the demend of social development put forward the goal request,and pay attention to cultivate the students’ thinking ability and the spirit of innovation.The differences is in Humanistic goal orientation clear degree and information and communication value degree.The structure of the two countries curriculum standard is broadly similar. Both including introduction、objectives、teaching advice and appendices about the introduction of similar parts.There are some differentence in the structure,such as:the contents of the standards set,the detailed degree of Chinese curriculum standard and the curriculum standard structure elements.British from two latitudes to design the curriculum standard the scope of knowledge,skills and understanding,and breadth of study, which more conducive to the implementation of the curriculum standard. In reading、writing、listening and speaking、 comprehensive learning goal each have similarities and differences. English reading target system is clear, pay attention to literature education, single drama activities in listening and speaking’s target, according to the students’ age characteristics, distinct, writing goals clear distinction between spoken language and written language, emphasis on written language expression, permeate throughout and modify project demands, these are all reflected the characteristics of the English language curriculum standard, not only closely related to their own cultural traditions, and have strong operability.Analysis the British flexiblization teaching evaluation,to recognize the characteristics of English language education,From three aspects about to strengthen the performance standard value degree,according to the objectives to improve operational standards,pay attention to the development of curriculum resources,wide application of information technology to gain the reference and improve our language teaching.At last, this paper summarizes that in the language teaching, to highlight the knowledge that students must to master, the new national curriculum standard about how to access the knowledge and transmission have a greater degree of freedom, will become all the teaching reference, and the new national curriculum standard should be sufficient to accurate, authoritative, let people can clearly understand the knowledge of a student at each stage must master. Curriculum reform road heavy responsibities, we need continuous learning and using for reference the experience of other countries for us to open my eyes and development train of thought, to accelerate China’s Chinese teaching scientific road process.
