Native language curriculum is the focus of national education.In order to learn from the native curriculum standards of other countries,This paper will introduce and compare {Compulsory Education curriculum standards (2011version)》, the existing primary native language curriculum standards in China,with《Primary school the Chinese curriculum standards "(2007version)》,the existing primary native language curriculum standards in Singapore in the aspect of formulating backgrounds、curriculum framework, curriculum philosophy、lesson objectives and content.In formulating backgrounds aspects,this paper focus on the the develop background of the current curriculum standards in the two countries so that you can handle it a whole. In other respects, there are two steps:firstly, introduce the basic situation of the curriculum standards in China and Singapore;secondly, do some compare and analysis about the two curriculum standards.By comparison,you will find that:In the aspect of curriculum framework,the two standards have senel similar in arrangement and integrating ways,but also get some differences in course orientation and design ideas.In the curriculum philosophy,both China and Sip stress the common improvement of language skills and the humanities, follow the general laws of language learning and characteristics, advocate the learning styles of autonomy, cooperation and explore,and focus the open of language courses.But they got a different in the open of chinese curriculum and in the emphasis on the culture of the Chinese nation.In the aspect of lesson objectives and content,both China and Singapore focus on the increase of language skills and that reflects the curriculum ideas;both adopt diversification goal orientation, and highlights the main value of the students and both focus on general ability to gain the long-term development of the students.And there are still differences in the presentation, ability level requirements and objects between them.Basis on the comparison up,I try and have a thinking,that is:first,we should be based on actual of our country and make a reasonable courses positioning; Second, we must adhere to the curriculum ideas, highlight the dominant position of students;Third, we must focus on the difference between the students and expand courses elasticity; Fourthly, we should pay attention to the ability of generic, and strengthen courses reality functions;Fifthly, we must reform the presentation, to optimize curriculum standards.
