The Construction Of Teachers' Roles Under The Educational Informationization

Along with the rapid development of computer, network, multimedia, telecommunications, artificial intelligence, information technology has come into all fields of the social life, and changed the way of production, lifestyle and thinking. This means the arrival of the information era. Educational Informationization is the inevitable product of the information era, Information technology is widely used in the field of education,that makes the instructional method, instructional means, instructional environment and the study style change a lot. Teacher roles of traditional education will no longer be able to meet the requirements of the new period, and it will be shocked. But facing this challenge, some teachers don't know how to do, or some don't change their roles, while others pay more attention on technology and ignore the importance of the Humane Care and so on. The teachers aren't able to build their roles or to change their roles to suit the new educational environment, this has greatly affected the quality of education and the development of information technology in education.Facing these problems, we rebuild the teachers'roles. The role orientation does not absolutely deny the traditional roles, but inherit them.After reading lots of literature resource, I discuss the main point with four parts: the first part discusses the educational informationization, including the definition, the characters, the contents and so on. The second part analyzes the teachers and role theory, including the definition of the teachers, role theory, and teacher role theory and so on. The third part analyzes the necessarity of the teacher roles'building from the view of the influence on the education, the relationship between the teachers and students and so on. The fourth part discusses the building of the teachers'role, including the requirement to the teachers, the teacher role orientation, the teacher role building's contents and approach.Information has given new meaning to teachers, and also made new demands on teachers, they must re-examine their roles, and change the structure of their knowledge to be the leader of the information time, and then they can cultivate the people that meet the needs of the time.
