Entering the 21st century, knowledge creativity and application is becoming a more important characteristic of the new economic times. With the development of modern technology and fierce international competition, the power of a nation depends mainly on the quality of the people. However, the present education system and teaching method date back to 300 years ago, when industrial society came into being. According to the modern education belief, one's learning method in school should agree with his survival concept in the future. Therefore, network technology is the right thing that fit in with it. As with the trend of the curriculum reform all over the world, our basic physics education puts its emphasis on the content of physics, making the students have the interest of learning, acquire learning ability, form good habits. Based on the actual fact of physics teaching in middle school, the article deals with teaching method by using network technology.The methods, including theoretic research, comparison research and survey and so on, are used in the establishing"network technology"teaching method. The research shows that the old teaching method for student is impertinent and impracticable for middle school class teaching. And, leading by teachers, it has trouble in inspiring students'initiation and enthusiasm, and cultivating active learners. Therefore, this article suggests a reaching method of"network technology", combining the characteristics of physics with the growing rule of middle school students, to stimulate students'motivation to study actively and to enhance the ability of active learning , by which the aim will be achieved that students grow with freedom and in happiness.This article also discusses the theory of active learning, ideas, aims, principles, condition, features and assessment. After suggesting"network technology"teaching method, the author provides a set of pertinent and practicable workflow and strategy for teachers in class. Characteristics with"lively","open"and"activity", the"network technology"teaching method will be a feasible and practicable teaching system which is not only suitable for physical teachers of middle school but also effective in enhancing the ability of active learning of middle school students.
