Looks the physical teaching all around the world,we find regardless of the physicist, the physical teaching expert or the physical teacher all in with one voice calls out in alarm:"All of the world, the efficiency of physical teaching is low!"in china,the agreement is:"Physics is difficult to study! Physics is difficult to teach!"How to enhance the efficiency of physical teaching and make physics to be easy to study, to be easy to teach is a global research topic.Firstly, the essay carries on the simple introduction about the high efficiency teaching theory, discusses important influence of the high efficiency teaching theory to the junior middle school physics teaching,and analyses technical support of informational technology to the junior middle school physics high efficiency teaching. Secondly, analyses the junior middle school physics curriculum's characteristic and junior middle school students' cognition characteristic, psychological characteristic and my teaching experience,proposes high efficient teaching method of junior middle school physics which is possible to operate, respectively is drawing, the law of the lamination progress, and the integration of informational technology and the experiment of junior middle school physics .The paper throughout saves student's energy investment and increases student's study harvest as a master line, helps students acquire knowledge and develop ability and raise non- intelligence factor which is important in the life (such as manner, interest, motive, will, custom) as final goal, proposed scientific, reasonable teaching method which is easy to operate.
