The Problems Research On The Development And Utilization Of Political Course Resources Under The Perspective Of The New Curriculum

China's《Basic Education Curriculum Reform Program 》clearly prescribes that the new curriculum reform is to"actively develop and utilize the various internal and external curriculum resources."Curriculum Resources is an important conception raised in the new basic national education curriculum reform,without this extensive support, a better idea of curriculum reform in primary and secondary schools is very difficult to become the actual education. Evidently, curriculum resources play a prerequisite and foundational role in the basic education curriculum reform. The degree of their abundance and moderation determines the level and scope of achievement of the course objective. But the extent of the current development and utilization of curriculum resources is not enough, and many educators are not aware of importance of the development of curriculum resources, or even rarely meet the conception, which make many meaningful curriculum resources idle or wasted.Due to its unique nature, political discipline has its own extremely rich curriculum resources. Many teachers are more and more conscious of the curriculum resources. However, some issues still exist in the development and utilization of the curriculum resources in political course, such as conceptual straightness, unconsciousness of developing, simplifying of configuration, and the teachers'capacity limited of developing and utilizing ,which seriously impact on the teaching quality of ideological and political courses. In order to strengthen the teaching staff's awareness of curriculum resources, and offer some suggestions to help effectively developing and utilizing curriculum resources, and accelerate the promotion of teaching quality of political courses and the realization of teaching goals, and also to offer some references for the theoretical studies of political curriculum resources, so as to advance the development of the theories on China's basal educational reform, the urgent need for development of curriculums and utilization of resources should be met.By reading the literature, analysis, surveys, interviews, observation, experiencing in person and other methods, four parts are divided to discuss the development and utilization of the curriculum resources in political course. The first part of this article explains the connotation and sort; The second part analyses the actuality, particularly the existing problems and the reasons for analysis; The third part set the right conceptions of curriculum resources and principles of development and utilization, and expatiates the essential tactics to achieve the integrative sharing and proper using of political curriculum resources; The last part expounds the constructing of the guarantee system to ensure the effectiveness and adaptability of political curriculum resources and rather serves the teaching of political education.
