Relationship Between Training And Flowing Of Talents And Development Of Regional Economy

With the era of intellectual economy's coming, prosperity and development, the relation between talents and economic development becomes closer and closer, and accordingly the study of their relations has developed very rapidly, which accounts for the promotion and development of this marginal discipline. Recently research on matters such as talents and regional economy, the economists focus attention on the exploitation of talents as excellent human resources or human capital, the educations attach importance to the mode and ultimate goal of talent training, while the government stress the importance of intellectual,policy,some main characteristics of there researches arc: (1)The researches mainly employ theories like western Economy as its Keystone, focusing on the talents'positive function in economic increase. (2)The researches still limit themselves to a comparatively fixed domain. A much wider field of vision and area are needed. (3) Researches on the relation economic development and talents'training and shifting is rather rare. As an educator, through the practical study the author of this thesis finds out that our cultivation of talents does not coordinate with the development of regional economy. It displays as the following:(1)There are many disadvantages in education. The talents china has cultivated can not adapt to the development of economy of china. For example, the government interferes too much while the market regulation is very little. The cultivation of talents specialized in study only focuses on the large number while the talents with skills are few and only with low quality. The appeal to invest in education is too much the check of the quality of education is too little. The obligatory rules of the department of education are too many while the content for the people to be educated to choose is too little, Etc. (2)The system of managing talents and the using system are irrational. The difficulty of getting a job and the lack of talents are two important problems of developing the regional economy. (3) The unreasonable move of population the development of area economy in balance. So from this point of view, it is necessary to fortify the cultivation of elite, develop the advantage of elite, apply the marked system, conduct the move of population and promote the prosperity and development of area economic on grounds of large population of our country, unbalance of area economy and the situation of two structure economy of city and county.The subject will solve the concrete economic problems through applying theory of elite economics, area economics, and so on and persisted in the principle of theory connected with practice. It mainly includes: (1)Through the characteristics of distribution of elite in different economic area and the requirement of elite, they will use different way to fortify the cultivation of elite and promote the development of area economy. (2)Through analyzing the economic cause of the changing of elites, and the influence of economic, solve the problems of how to establish scientific developing ideas, how to promote the regional economic development.
