Guangxi is an autonomous region with the biggest minority population of China. Living there are 11 native ethnic groups and other 25 ethnic groups. Among them, the minority population accounts for 38.34% and female population accounts for 47.02%.To exploit female human resource play great importance to female's quality training. Female talent, those who make their contributions to modern society has played an irreplaceable role in the region's politics, economics and education. Meanwhile, their growth may have an impact on the population quality of the next generation in the region, so the research of minority female'growth is a very important job for national education. There are many factors impact minority female talent'growth, among which, the culture is a very important factor. The paper's research subject is the minority females of the 11 native peoples in Guangxi and the cultural environment in which they grow up. To research and analyze the culture environment of minority females has reference value to the pursuit of the rules of the minority female's growth and the minority female's human resource development.This thesis mainly develops itself by applying the methodology of documenting, comparing, investigating, interviewing and etc. So I have been to Rongshui, Jinxiu, Sanjiang, Gongchen, Longshen, Mashan and other ethnic regions to research. Making full use of my ability to communicate with ethic people of Miao and Dong, I collected folk songs, folk arts and other materials that stand as symbol of minority culture in Guangxi as well as some documentation related to minority culture. I also interviewed some minority female talents grown up in ethnic regions. All of these lay a basis for this thesis.Chapter one in a large sense analyzes the influence of culture on the development of talents that are mainly effects on language and ability, effects on people's sense and conception, effects on people's mind and actions.The second chapter is around the culture environment in which the ethnic females of Guangxi grow up as well as its influence on them. The influence of culture environment is comprehensive and complicated. But in the view of the developing process of talents, what affect the growth of ethnic females are family culture environment, community culture environment and school culture environment. This thesis specifically conducts an analysis of the physical culture, system culture and mental culture contained in the family, community and school that ethnic females of Guangxi belong to as well as these cultures influence on the growth of ethnic females. It mainly discusses the ethnic housing culture, dieting culture, clothing culture, ethnic religion, ethnic habits, ethnic school culture as well as their positive and negative influence on the growth of ethnic females.The third chapter is retrospection on the cultural influence from both perspectives of culture and anthropology. It discovers that the culture environment in ethnic regions doesn't prepare well for ethnic females to accept Chinese culture; ethnic culture lacks a natural connection to the modern social culture. So, when those ethnic females growing up in ethnic regions face the modern social culture, they cannot develop themselves sustainable in the areas of language, structure of knowledge and ability of cognition. Ethnic females spend their childhood primary school years in the ethnic regions, and this period is the best time to develop all kinds of psychological mechanisms, but they don't acquire the knowledge and skill that is necessary in the modern social culture. On the other hand, the school culture doesn't offer the channel for ethnic culture to carry on and therefore appears phenomena that ethnic culture is disappearing or even diminishing. Moreover, the thesis also touches the cultural conflicts and cultural choosing faced by ethnic females.The forth chapter discusses the possible approaches to improve the development of ethnic females. In the view of culture and education, the thesis offers its specific measures to optimize the ethnic family culture, community culture and school culture. It suggests abandoning the bad sides of the ethnic family culture, propelling the education of maternal culture in ethnic regions, establishing the smooth transition from preschool education to school education. In the area of school culture environment, the thesis offers to advance construction of courses, to improve the comprehensive ability of teachers and to optimize the environment of school culture. Regarding to the ethnic community culture, the thesis thinks that the class of decision-maker pays efforts to establish positive culture environment, to lay efforts on cultural reorganization of ethnic communities and finally to build up culture environment favorable to the growth of talents in ethnic regions.
