The school culture is the soul of a school, is also the groundwork of the school development. Currently, the research about the role of the school culture in school development is already more and more thorough in our country educational circles and theories boundary, all levels of variety schools also more and more value the function of the school culture in the school development. From the former research we can see that the school culture research about University and college is more, but about foundation education school is less; the school culture research in big or medium city in the east or central part is more, but about the minority school in the west is less.Culture is the life style and existence pattern of human, This thesis makes the definition: the school culture is the life style and existence pattern of school corpus (teachers and students), is the concept of value and behavior way of the school members' together. The thesis selected L Middle School in Longsheng, Guangxi on case study, took cultural heritage analysis method, observation method, interview method, text origin analysis method etc at concrete research convenient. In order to make my research more concrete and thorough, I regard the three corpus constitutes (teacher culture, student culture, curriculum culture) of the school culture as the basic clues about textual, all my observation and analysis are main concentrated that three aspects. The thesis describes and analysis the teacher's culture, student's culture and the curriculum culture in L Middle School, from which we can see a perspective of school culture in ethnic school, and arouse the consciousness on school culture of the school members, and re-examine the school from the angle of culture view, establish or remold the school culture that suits its development and combing the concrete school environment.General speaking, teacher culture is always the representative of school culture, with school culture mutually consistent of, according to from macro view to the angle of view of tiny view, I perspective the teacher culture from teachers' comprehension on education, fixed position on ethnic school , on request of oneself and the expectation on students. Student culture is a kind of cultural phenomenon which lies between the children's world and adult world, the same generation community, teacher and parents are main partners of students, the behavior way and value of their performance in these the human relations is an importance aspect of the student culture. The curriculum culture is the outcome of the both parties interaction of the teachers and the students. Which doesn't take a certain community as to carry a body in the school , but the relation and activity of community, whatever activity or cultural characteristic in teacher or student would been seen on the curriculum culture. The curriculum culture of L Middle School contains its own cultural characteristic.School culture is a special cultural phenomenon for a school, each has its opposite and special school culture. Here are the special features of the school cultural of the L Middle School: Multicultural fusion and it is mutually push; Face to the society and development diversely; Show ethos in the school culture. The formation and construction of school culture is influenced by the market economy, education policy and cultural strength etc.
