Basic education takes an important part in linking culture and the changing. It is the motility of modern culture vicissitude. How to operate basic education in linking culture and changing is a durative problem in education study. To solve the problem timing, is good for education itself, and also helpful to promote culture vicissitude. The development of basic education in western China not only carries the important task of contenting and promoting the culture basic construction of local economy society, but also shortens the distance in the development between the western and eastern China. It means realizing native peace, solidarity, prosperity harmonious socialism and social aim. At present, west China is in the time of "Two Bases". According to the fact of the western native culture, investigating the phenomena and rules of multi-nation culture vicissitude and basic education is to hold the question for discussion of nation modern culture in the new time; it is also the important condition of promoting western basic education quickly, healthily and harmoniously. It can also be used for reference to develop our country's basic education. Now, interrelated investigation is not enough comparatively and it doesn't meet the need of the practice of culture vicissitude and basic education development.On the base of the reasons above, investigator as the tool, field work of education anthrop as the method, the western multi native place --- Sishui Village, Longhand Municipal County as the investigated, I had four-month spot investigation and collected plenty of letters, language record materials and took over 1400 pictures. After a long time careful investigation, I totally know the basic education condition of a typical native village and I've got the essential elements of this village culture. After analyzing the collecting materials, I grasp the promoting elements and exterior of a multi-nation culture vicissitude. I understand the basic rules of the local native culture linking and vicissitude. And I analyses the meaning of basic education development to native culture and vicissitude, and the interaction and the basic rules between native culture linking and vicissitude and basic education development. This gives the base for the further investigation and gives the constructive opinion. According to research above, I think local native culture is the results of the native people survive the local environment. In the long time course development, it had the good local social connection. It had the right education and linking mechanism itself. During the course that people improved their abilities to know and change the nature, the vicissitude itself never stopped. In the environment of social production, the vicissitude of the native culture could not turn back. And the vicissitude is more complex. But the task is harder. The change of the way of modern production is the impetus of the native culture vicissitude. Basic education acts the important part in the local native culture vicissitude. It is the bridge between artery culture and the native culture. Now, basic education is at the position of artery culture. It's the impetus of the local traditional culture vicissitude. The local culture vicissitude has some influence on the basic education development. In the interaction between native culture vicissitude and basic education, basic education is at the main position. But now, the local culture does not have the ability to assort artery culture with the local culture. This should be breached. Finally, viewing from the education, I offered the suggestion of corresponding native culture vicissitude and basic education development. I think, in education, there should be several breaches to correspond native culture vicissitude and basic education and form the firm basic education development resultant force: First, nowadays evaluation model should be reformed, for it denies the balance of social development and the multiversity of the environment. It writes off the main differences and multi culture. We must further change the education appraise mechanism and work up the mode of multi education appraise mechanism. This is the precondition that education admits and fetches in native culture, traditional culture force in practice. It is the precondition that basic education can help the local people blend themselves into artery society and promotes local native culture vicissitude. Secondly, traditional culture must be brought in as educational resource. This must be based on multi education appraise. The third, school management must be comprehensive, it should require the young as modern citizens, fully respect the request of local custom, religion and relational link. In management, containing is the important condition. The fourth, local education administration should have train programs for the pedagogues pertinently to improve their ability of practice and native education consciousness.This investigation is from the local actual education. While doing the best for native, I also want to show my thought that I support and sparkplug the actual education tropism, try hard to exploit and develop the view of native education. This lays a solid foundation for enriching the investigation of education anthrop, for the further lucubrating the problems involved.
