The Basic Education Reform appeals for promoting prevalent application of information technology in the process of teaching,in order to integrate the IT with curriculums,which gradually results in changing the way of teachers'teaching and students'learning, as well as the communication between them, Viewing from the teacher's present informational instruction capability, it is hardly to meet the needs of Information Technology and Curriculum Conformity. Hence, it becomes a key point to improve the level of teachers'educational technology in teachers training. Advanced normal colleges, as the place of teachers'training, have to confront new challenges accompanying with opportunities. And the Modern Educational Technology pubic class is an important support for training teachers'educational technology literacy, developing to become the foundational class as vital as Pedagogy and Psychology. However, some traditional teaching methods, such as lectures and demonstration could not be sufficient for modern class now, because they lack the necessary dynamics and confine students'motivation to some extent. Consequently, alteration in teaching method gets to be a significant item in Curriculum Reform.TBL(Task Based Learning) is one of the most popular teaching methods in recent years. Being applied in training normal college students, it is good for them to relate the abstract educational theory with abundant practice closely, and to develop their abilities of solving actual problems. As a result, It is necessary to introduce the TBL to the Modern Education Technology public class. The purpose of this dissertation is to reveal the important role of new teaching method in modern Educational Technology class, as well as the specialty of TBL, and to try to construct the mode of instructional design for that teaching method, then provide the theoretical instruction for the Teaching Practice. This dissertation mainly uses secondary data, questionnaire, interview and other research methods.The first part is about the educational technology literacy and Tasked Based Learning, including the analysis of concepts and connotation. Based on analyzing the constitute of educational technology in new times, the characteristics and procedure of TBL and issues about the teachers'training, it discusses the advantages of TBL and clarifies its important effects. Furthermore, it expands on the Constructivism, Ausubel's Theory of Meaningful Reception Learning, and Motivation Theory, all of which are considered to be the foundation of TBL. Then it draws the conclusion that the final goal of TBL is to make students realize the contracture of knowledge, converting them from the Task Based to the Motivation Based in the educational technology class. Finally, it expounds the contents and features of Task in the training of educational technology literacy.The second part is about the instructional design method and process. Instructional design of TBL shows the principle of Leading-to-Subject, refers to learners analysis, teaching target, content analysis, task design, study environment, accomplishing methods design and evaluation design of TBL, etc. It proposes to design tasks based on the features of educational technology class and varied majors of normal school students, focusing on mutual communication between students and teachers. When it comes to the way of evaluation, this essay suggests the self-appraisal of learners, process evaluation, Portfolio Assessment and Rubric.The third part is about the practice and afterthought of applying TBL in modern educational technology class, by observing the cases of teaching practice. Such teaching practice is under the support of Internet, to make study aims through creating electronic personal study files and carry out TBL according to Microteaching. Combing with corresponding standards of educational technology literacy, it analyses actual effects of this teaching method, and summarizes factors that affects the teaching process, to give advice for further research.The innovative aspect of this research is the systematic study on application of Task Based Learning in training Educational Technology Literacy, and it explores the specialty of TBL in training normal college students on that area. In addition, it formulates the teaching design of TBL in ET class of normal university.
