As the reserve forces of future teachers in primary and secondary schools,it's especially important to cultivate and improve normal university students' ability of information technology literacy and information technology skills. The traditional teaching mode emphasizes more on theory than practice, and this lead to the gap between classroom teaching and social needs increases gradually. Thus,it is necessary to explore a new teaching mode, which combines the classroom teaching and the actual social needs, and also increases the operation application ability of students. In reaction to this phenomenon, this study proposes a new teaching model--“task driven hybrid teaching mode”,and verifies the model's build, implement and effect. This study relies on the project “The Empirical Research of Normal University Students' Informational Instruction Capability Standard and Training Mode”,and the course “Information-based Teaching Environment” for us normal university students. The study analysis the current problems in the common courses of modern educational technology and their implementations, then proposes the “task driven hybrid teaching mode” to adapt to the dynamic reform of information technology teaching, and validate the model's implementation results. How to use the task driven teaching method to solve the differences between normal university students' learning ability and learning demand? How to improve students' information environmental application ability and practical skills by using hybrid-teaching mode? How to make use of the hybrid-teaching mode and task driven teaching method's combination to cultivate students' collaborative learning ability and independently inquiry ability? How to objectively evaluate teaching effect? All these questions need further researches and solutions in this study.By analyzing the present common courses' teaching situation of educational technology in normal universities, and organizing the information technology literacy that students should have in the information era, this study redesign and integrate the content of our university's course: Information-based teaching environment. This study also based on the "task driven teaching method",combined with hybrid teaching environment, constructed the "task driven hybrid teaching mode",anddesigned the operation process of this model.Use the design-based research method;collect research data and test teaching effect through questionnaires, class observations, interviews and so on process evaluations. At the end,the study summing up the conclusions and places need to be improved.Use "task driven hybrid teaching mode” can improve the student's ability to master information technology;it has a certain role in promoting to make up the differences between students needs and personalized development;it can also effectively exercise students' practice ability;can cultivate and promote normal university students' information collaborative inquiry ability, and improve students' information technology literacy comprehensively. In view of this,by testing the validity of the model through empirical research, this study hopes to promote among the courses that are similar to the “Information-based teaching environment application”,which are basic and practical, and provides some references for the reform of normal university students' common courses of educational technology.
