In recent years, job burnout has already become the hot spot of psychological research. Teachers'exhausted situation should be paid more attention because burnout is common to teacher. But in the past, we almost didn't do any researches in current situation of job burnout of teachers in vocational school and its impact. To be an important part of Chinese education, vocational education has appeared serious aspect. Now in vocational schools, students are deficient, teachers are running off, and educational quality is coming down. We must pay attention to vocational education teachers in the peculiar field and period. And we also need to observe their occupational pressure of their job burnout. The research has consulted research result which includes causing, characteristic, and countermeasure of teachers'job burnout. According to questionnaire, statistical processing and analysis, the research looked into 425 teachers in vocational schools of Guilin. The research incorporated vocational education's characteristic, analyzed the current situation and causing of vocational school teacher's job burnout, and discussed countermeasure to relieve job burnout. The research results indicate the following situations:1.In Guilin, there are a certain proportion of job burnout propensity in vocational schools'teachers. Almost half of teachers have obvious emotional exhaustion. 90% of teachers personal accomplishment is low.2.In occupation career, teachers'job burnout will be most obvious when their job experiences are 6-10 years and 16-20 years. They are high emergence period which job burnout follows job experiences. 3.School's category , educational background, and the title of professional post in demographic variable which are important factors to affect teacher's job burnout. There are no obvious difference in sex and subject about teacher's job burnout.4.Vocational school teachers'occupational pressure and job burnout has direct connection. This kind of relationship mainly affects teacher's job burnout and geniture of depersonalization. It almost doesn't relate to personal accomplishment. There are 4 main reasons to cause teacher's job burnout: The students have poor basis, so the teachers have more difficulties in teaching them than other schools. Teachers have little opportunities to communicate with the outside experts and the profession. They are also worried about school's development and their future. School's system of rewards and penalties are unreasonable and not clear enough.According to the result of research, the article comes up with some advice and countermeasure from three phases which include society, school, and person to relieve vocational school teachers'job burnout.
