Based on such analysis, abstracts the well-regulated corresponding relationship between the interactive form and the patterns of university technology transfer, divide the university technology transfer into three patterns:technological achivements transfer, cooperation and participancy, spin-off enterprise,and then finds out the relationship between the pattern choosing along with the interface moving and their influence factors. In terms of information economics, analyze the information asymmetry in university technology transfer process.Second, Based on division of the three patterns of university technology transfer, analysis the domestic and international university technology transfer situation (United States has been an example abroad), and carry on the analysis of real example to university technology transfer ability in every area of our country in terms of economic statistical analysis. Find out the deficiency existing in university technology transfer of our country, use and absorb foreign advanced experience for reference, put forward the effective university technology transfer measures suitable for our country.
