Fast developing vocational education today, there are some problems in the manifold management, the function overlapping, the weak power of the overall plan, forming the whole superiority for the resources with difficulty , the lower school benefit in the vocational education management system. Straightenting out the management system, forming the effective manage ment mechanism, and establishing the market management pattern, which is always the key research topic in vocational education reform. Presently, the Chengdu vocational education is being in the reform and the development crucial time. The technicians' school plays an important role in the vocationnnal education. It is especial important to study these questions. To drive the technicians' school education reform and to strengthen the local authority to manage the vocational education overall plan are an extreme important and urgent matter.This research carefully examines with the rationality. We think it is necessary and possible to conform the technicians' school education resources. When we Advance the vocational education reform , we have to do something with a fastidious scientific nature, and follow the laws of education, considered the need of object to be served by the technicians' school and the enterprise develop, must face up to the present management pattern the malpractice, takes the mechanic to educate the service object the realistic need. The resources conformity target is the welltechnicians' school education service for society, and to promote the local place and the economical development. Therefore, the technicians' school education resources conformity must be base on the training scale expansion and the training quality enhancement. This paper makes a systems analysis of each resources essential factor to determine keeping the vocationnal education"the ecological equilibrium", to satisfy social and the economy need for development, i.e the conformity technicians' school education resources, the optimized layout, constructs the opening nimbly, the standard order, the high quality highly effective modern vocational education system.This research makes an investigation on the current Chengdu technicians' school education resources. We can make a conclusion of the Chengdu technicians' school not to adapt the social economy and the vocational education development with difficulty with an objective analysis of the total education resources insufficiency of the Chengdu technicians' school, of less balance of the resources disposition ,of the management system along, of the resources waste, of the lack of the school construction and so on system plan, effective regulation. I would give the idea to intigrate Chengdu technicians' school education resources and to straighten out the technicians' school management system, i.e cancellation, reorganization, reconstruction, and associable construction of the technicians' school, enlarging government investment. Two sets of feasible plans of the technicians' school merge and the resources conformity should be formed finally.
