With the global era's coming, China is obviously steping the tide of the integrity of the world.Several decades'reforming and opening policy of China gives us precious developmental opportunity for our politics,economic,culture and etc.China needs thousands and thousands of high-qualified persons of ability if wanting to develop continuously.Through the market of talent persons we can easily saw that more and more employers claim that seeking-jobers must master more than one foreign languages.The ability of foreign language is increasingly important for every one,thus,foreign language has already become a important symbol of high-qualified persons.Currently, the skills of foreign language domain have been regarded as indispensable skills by well-known enterprise in the world.And,Chinese people even attach importance to English language because China has joined WTO and China is successful in applying 2008 Olympic Games.Therefore,these years we saw the whole society give an unprecedented importance to English language including kindergartens.Many kindergartens began to study the English teaching of preschool children.At the same time,the teaching-reform of international second language has appeared the tendency of young-aged,uniting to educational research and permeating all kinds of subjects.This exerted a tremendous influence to preschool children's English teaching.Now, children are having English class in many kindergartens though still with dispute.This study tries to give an overall description and analysis,to find some regularity of English teaching ,to find which English teaching model is more effective and appropriate.In China,currently, mainly exists three English teaching models:First,the Chinese-based English teaching,that is,the teacher teaches children English in some regular time,mainly through Chinese.Second,the whole English teaching,that is,the teacher teaches children English in a regular time,completely through English.Third,the English immersion,that is,the teacher has all kinds of activities using English.English is been not only as teaching content but also as teaching means.This study mainly tries to give a comparison in teaching belief, teaching aims and teaching material by documents research,observing on the spot and interviewing.Conclusion:Of the three models the English immersion reflects spirits of reform of our based educational curricula the most scientifically.The English immersion is in keeping with the tide of international second language teaching.In this model,the children study English the most effectively and they can be developed in every respects.We can make use of the theory and practice from the English immersion.
