Our country is developing, both industry and city. At the same time, a special group comes into being. It is farmer-laborers, about 200 million in total,80 million in city.It is social requirement that farmer-laborers comes into being, but their social security system is weak. As a result, children of farmer-laborers can't enjory the same education right as children of citizen.Through the literature material collection and the on-the-spot investigation , this article uses the method which the qualitative investigation and the quantitative investigation unifies. First, the article has promulgated the current education situation for children of farmer-laborers. In the countryside, the question main performance is that parents children separate, separate the generation of foster flaw to be obvious, and the communication and the study instruction is lack between the parents and the children. In the city, the question main performance is in the following. First, discontinues studies, over-age studies and child-laborer problem is serious for mobile children, in which children of farmer-laborers is the primary constituent. Second, to enter schools operated by government, there are lots of difficulties on the procedure, expense and psychology approval. Third, there are lots of problems as studying at private schools especially for children of farmer-laborers. Forth, equality in the successor education is difficult to come to ture.
