New curriculum reflects brand-new education thought and idea. However, it is upgraded that no matter how to reform the content of courses, reflect it in the teaching result finally. If there is no effect in teaching or less and effective, all goals of teaching will fail, the idea of the course reform can only become unreal image. So it is foundation and home of a course reform that the validity of teaching is studied.This article had first expounded the geography effective teaching instruction research background, introduced the domestic and foreign effective teaching theory research present situation and aimed at it's research stratification plan to express own viewpoint and the view, In this foundation, This article takes constructivism theory. theory of multiple Intelligences economics theory and so on as instruction, had expounded the instruction implication, the characteristic, the motion principle and the implementation strategy of the geography effective education under the new curriculum. Unified the effective teaching theory and the geography discipline teaching, has formed the geography effective teaching instruction theory. This theory includes: 1st, geography effective teaching instruction implication; 2nd, geography effective classroom instruction characteristic: Open characteristic, individual compatible characteristic, liberation characteristic, reconsidering characteristic; 3rd, geography effective teaching instruction motion principle: "Love" principle, "entire" the principle, "lives" the principle, "the new" principle; 4th, the geography effective classroom instruction pattern constructs: This pattern main routine is: many Yuan prepare a lesson→highly effective to attend class→the class to develop→the teaching considering; 5th, geography effective teaching instruction implementation strategy: Many Yuan prepare a lesson including to prepare the student ,to prepare the curriculum, prepare teaching method , prepare the situation; Highly effective teaching step is: The new class inducts, the question presents, the establishment situation, the dialogue exchange, the instruction appraisal; After the class develops the way includes: Reconsidering development, demonstration development, inquiring into development and practical development; Teaching reconsidering is the geography effective teaching instruction essential important link, after class teaching reconsidering primarily. The author takes the students in Grade seven of Shenyang Fengtian School as research objects. In a year teaching practice, I used the geography effective education method in the experimental classes and used the traditional teaching way in the comparison classes. A year later, using method like comparison research, questionnaire survey to test the experimental classes and the comparison classes about knowledge and the skill, the process and the method of study as well as the emotion manner values .The result demonstrated that the experiment classes in which aspect test regardless of is all must be better than the comparison classes.It can be said that, the geography effective classroom teaching has provided the new teaching mentality and the idea for the middle school geography teaching, worked the certain instruction function to the middle school geography teacher's teaching. While we had a good result, we also should clearly see there is something that influences geography teaching valid .This needs the geography education people to explore, research in the work, in order to further consummate to the effective teaching theory.
